How does it work?
The 360 Multi-Rater Report combines responses from chosen raters and compares these scores to the ‘ECR Self’ scores to gain an understanding of the differences in perception.
Completing the report is quick and simple, and includes self-directed online management and administration of raters including: manager, peers, direct reports & others.
The report can be delivered in two forms:
