About the workshop

In this workshop, John Broderick addresses questions that often arise in feedback preparation and delivery - including the Analysis of Rater Responses Tables and how to explain Standard Scores.
 
The last 30 minutes of the workshop were devoted to group discussion of anonymised ECR profiles that were submitted in advance by participants who wished to do so.

MEET THE SPEAKER

John Broderick MSc

Director, RocheMartin Ireland

John is a consulting psychologist with considerable experience in assessment, training, coaching and teaching in Emotional Intelligence assessment, leadership development and psychometrics. He is a qualified trainer in a range of psychometric tools including the Emotional Capital Report (ECR) and ECR360, the MMPI-2 and NEO Personality Inventory.

In addition to being a founding member of the Division of Counselling Psychology, he is a registered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland, Coaching Psychology Group in PSI and the Irish branch of the Association For Coaching.
