As a qualified RocheMartin Executive Coach, I use their tried and tested ECR and ECR-360 tools to work with clients on developing their emotional intelligence for Leadership.

Coaching

I am a qualified NLP Practioner and DiSC Practitioner for Behavioural and Communication styles. These tools are used to work firs on self-awareness of individuals and then how you can learn to adapt your style for success in Sales, Customer Service, Management, Leadership, Teams and Employee Engagement. I also run a bespoke 10 week Employee Engagement program to increase productivity and performance of teams.

Team Coaching

Working with teams I use various tools like DiSC and I also run a bespoke 10 week Employee Engagement program to increase productivity and performance and client engagement.

Leadership Development

Working with Leaders I use the RocheMartin suite of tools to engage to become better leaders to instil a following from their teams and peers.

Sales and Commercial Training

I predominantly use RocheMartin tools for Sales and DiSC, plus principled coaching around Sales Mindset, and building Sales & Marketing processes that work.

My bespoke Employee Engagement programs focus on Culture Development at the core and is complemented with other tools.
