Stephen is a proud member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and was nominated for Coach of the Year for the past three years and received special recognition in the Global Coaching Awards in 2021.

Team Coaching
Our approach is to work with Teams in a challenging but collaborative manner to enable the individual and the team to achieve higher levels of performance. In all sessions, there is dual responsibility to the team and to the company; the outcomes must be mutually beneficial. Individual coaching aligns with group workshops that explore and clarify the key issues preventing peak performance and then connect the team to a shared purpose that they create and own. With this format, issues are explored as a group and as an individual, creating solid foundations for expansive growth.
