An AC accredited executive coach and facilitator, Laura Brown works collaboratively with clients and aims to make a difference for people in organisations, through being honest, trustworthy and transparent.
Laura provides a range of leadership and organisational consultancy services, primarily for CEO's, company owners, senior leaders/managers, teams and individuals within an organisational or individual setting. This includes Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Team Coaching, Emotional Intelligence Assessment, Facilitation and Organisational Development consulting. Laura engages with clients globally on multiple online platforms.
Laura is skilled in working at a strategic level, assisting organisations and individuals to assess need, prepare for growth, enhance team and individual effectiveness or when transitioning to new roles.

Certified practitioner in RocheMartin psychometric testing accreditation, Emotional Intelligence measurement for leaders. Laura provides and debriefs psychometrics, facilitates workshops/ masterclasses on Emotional Intelligence (online & in person) and integrates emotional intelligence theory into broader executive coaching and leadership development practice.
Coaching
An AC accredited executive coach, Laura provides 1-1 learning support that facilitates development. Assists individuals and their organisations in a variety of ways, e.g. drawing out and building on strengths, removing barriers to progress, setting priorities or moving beyond self-limiting thinking patterns and perspectives. Committed to quality service, evident through dedication to ongoing learning and coaching supervision to ensure ethical competency, confidence, creativity and the best possible service to clients. A broad range of coaching methodologies informs Laura's work including emotional intelligence, constellations and using creativity with clients. Laura works within the elements and principles of The Association for Coaching's 'Global Code of Ethics' to ensure professional coaching standards. In addition, Laura makes a contribution to the coaching profession through assessing applications for coaching accreditation, within the Association for Coaching.
Executive Coaching
An AC accredited executive coach, Laura provides 1-1 learning support that facilitates development. As an executive coach, Laura has engaged extensively with CEOs and senior teams within private and public sector organisations including SMEs and international companies. Laura has supported these organisations during periods of rapid growth, focusing on enabling leadership effectiveness, team development, cultural change and group level reporting to keep a focus on delivering the strategic objectives to achieve organisational growth. Team Coaching

E.g. enabling greater team connection, purpose, dynamics, cadence of meetings, goal setting, and problem solving / idea generation. Laura also provides team coaching within executive education programmes aligned with universities, attending lectures with participating teams and enabling the transfer of learning between modules.
Leadership Development
Laura works at a strategic level to support organisations and individuals in developing an understanding of their leadership development needs, so they can achieve results. Examples include understanding leadership style & effectiveness, deepening knowledge of leadership practices such as accountability, collaboration and leading with authority & purpose. Laura has engaged extensively with CEOs and senior teams within private and public sector organisations including SMEs and international companies. Laura has facilitated multiple executive level leadership development programmes, including a range of learning approaches - workshops, action learning sets, 1-1 executive coaching; combined to bring leadership teams on a collective journey of improvement.
Wellness and Wellbeing
Laura provides executive coaching around 'whole person' well-being, integrating research on areas such as managing stress, burnout and using coaching constellations with clients to enable them to understand their behaviour patterns; that may or may not be serving them well.
Culture Development
Laura understands the challenges arising within businesses aiming for growth. Laura assists client with a culture and values review. This focuses on preparation of an in-depth culture assessment, insights on fitness for purpose, followed by implementation support on areas such as culture/values alignment, linking to strategy, organisation structure and succession planning.
Women As Leaders
Laura provides returners coaching, most often coaching for women returning from maternity leave. Typically there is one session before the return to work, followed by two sessions at week 3 and 6 of returning. This enables support during this transition, designing how to work effectively and assessing the opportunities arising from a change in professional employment circumstances.
