FIREUP Coaching is a Registered Training Organisation in Australia with 25 years’ experience in designing, delivering and accrediting programs. FIREUP Coaching have been pioneers in the coaching industry in Australia and were the first accredited Coach Training Program in Australia that was a National qualification aligned to the International Coaching Federation core competencies.

Their flagship programs, a Certificate IV in Business and Personal Coaching and Diploma of Leadership Coaching and Mentoring are both International Coaching Federation Accredited Coach Training Programs (ICF ACTP) and Australian Qualifications (NAT10714 & NAT10857). FIREUP has unique intellectual property which includes their own coaching model REACH, and a program underpinned by Emotional Intelligence, Neuroscience, Positive Psychology, Whole Brain Thinking and NLP.

Clients using the REACH Model acclaim it as a wonderful innovation for supporting values-based conversations. FIREUP Coaching is proud to partner with RocheMartin to deliver Emotional Competency Reporting as part of our Emotional Intelligence offering. We customise programs for clients and currently offer a suite of Leadership Modules aligned to Government capability frameworks.

FIRE UP provides leadership training in a range of situations and industries with the use of the following training options: team building and team development, strategic planning and leading effectively and developing leaders’ emotional intelligence. We utilise the internationally recognised HBDI thinking preference tool and in strategic training sessions we use an evidence-based approach to developing positive group dynamics and teamwork.

The HBDI allows us to create a common understanding, common language, and positive approach that is easy to understand and apply into the workplace. This is then complemented in further training with the RocheMartin Emotional Intelligence profiling tool, the Emotional Competency Report. Our highly skilled team can develop train and facilitate programs ranging from large groups to individual training. All courses are developed with a number of considerations such as timeline, outcome, delivery method, previous training, engagement levels.

Using this information, we as a team can develop engaging courses that provide participants with skills and/or knowledge that is actionable and practical when used in the workplace. All facilitators and trainers are qualified and experienced at delivering our training content with each of them being briefed and supplied with the required information. This supports our ability to provide a consistent learning experience for all participants and maintain our high standards of training delivery.
