Borderless Performance
Borderless Performance provides coaching and leadership training to large corporates that have a strong technical and IT focus. We provide confidential one-to-one coaching that stretches the coachee and challenges their thinking, whilst being respectful of boundaries. We also provide fun, insightful and interactive training days, designed to be thought-provoking and to encourage outside-the-box thinking.
We work with individuals and teams that want to build better working relationships and increase collaboration; we work with leaders that are striving to achieve the next promotion, as well as supporting those that have recently been promoted through those important initial six months; we support leaders and managers through unsettling company mergers and acquisitions whilst they are keeping the company focus on the day job.
Borderless Performance is a relatively young company, and as such we are able to adapt our offering to suit your company’s needs. We specialise in developing emotional intelligence as well as leadership training and coaching. We primarily serve large corporates with a strong tech and IT focus, supporting skill development for the leaders of today and tomorrow. In parallel to our coaching services we provide a suite of leadership training courses.
Founded by Sarah Golley, Borderless Performance provides that unique mixture of excellent coaching skills and real-world executive leadership experience. Sarah has a wealth of experience developed over 25+ years in industry which is teamed with a passion for developing people and helping them to grow. Borderless Performance, with Sarah at the helm, gets results and will support your teams in enabling their success also.

Emotional Intelligence
Borderless Performance uses the ECR360 assessment to support their Emotional Intelligence coaching. The coachees conduct a self-assessment and gain feedback on potential blind spots, coving the ten Emotional Intelligence competencies. The assigned coach works with you to interpret the results, identify your goals and coach you to achieve your potential.
Coaching
Over a series of monthly sessions, your Borderless Performance coach will work with you to identify your career goals. Your coach will work with you confidentially on a one-to-one basis, exploring ways to achieve your goals and working through any obstacles that need to be overcome.
Executive Coaching
Over a series of monthly sessions, your Borderless Performance coach will work with you to identify your career goals. Your coach will work with you confidentially on a one-to-one basis, exploring ways to achieve your goals and working through any obstacles that need to be overcome.
Team Coaching
Your Borderless Performance coach will work with you to identify your team goals and agree the mechanism for delivery. Your coach may use the ECR360 assessment to understand the team’s Emotional Intelligence development areas. We will develop the team, using a mixture of half day focussed workshops and one-to-one coaching.
Leadership Development
Borderless Performance use the ECR360 assessment to support leadership coaching. The coachees conduct a self-assessment and gain feedback on potential blind spots, coving the ten Emotional Intelligence competencies. The assigned coach works with you to interpret the results, identify your goals and coach you to achieve your leadership potential.
